President Trump's new TV ad: "First 100 days".
President Trump has launched a new TV ad which you can watch below.
Here are the points raised in the ad:
Political activist NinthCircus Circuit Court judges1 have repeatedly demonstrated that they will abuse their power2 and put party politics above the law, so it was important to confirm a Supreme Court Justice who will defend the constitution. Justice Neil Gorsuch had promised to do just that:
"I promise you, that I will do all my powers permit, to be a faithful servant of the Constitution and laws of this great nation."
"I will never forget that to whom much is given, much will be expected."
In President Trump's first full month in charge 235,000 new jobs were added.3 This trend continued in March when the private sector added a further 263,000 jobs. According to payroll processors ADP, this was the biggest monthly increase since December 2014.
From whitehouse.gov4:
"The Trump Administration is committed to energy policies that lower costs for hardworking Americans and maximize the use of American resources, freeing us from dependence on foreign oil."
"President Trump is committed to eliminating harmful and unnecessary policies such as the Climate Action Plan and the Waters of the U.S. rule."
On March 28th, President Trump signed an executive order5 on promoting energy independence and economic growth.
On March 27th, President Trump signed four bills under the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to cancel Federal regulations. That brought the total to six times that President Trump had used this tool to eliminate unnecessary, burdensome, and job-killing rules.6
Trump's tax plan includes reducing the current seven tax brackets to only three brackets (10 percent, 25 percent, and 35 percent), repealing the harmful 3.8 percent Obamacare tax, repealing the death tax, and cutting taxes for businesses to make them competitive.7
The advert concludes, "America is winning, and President Trump is making America great again."
