Religious composition of the countries which punish homosexuality with the death penalty.
As Redpilled World highlighted in a recent article, there are seven countries in the world which punish homosexuality with the death penalty1. In five of those countries the death penalty applies nationwide, and in a further two countries the death penalty applies in parts of the country.
The five countries which have the death penalty nationwide are Iran, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Sudan and Mauritania. Let's take a look at the religious composition of those five countries...
According to the Statistical Center of Iran, the 2011 General Census reported that 99.4% of the population of Iran is muslim.2
Officially, all Saudi Arabian citizens are muslim.3
Note: Saudi Arabia has a large expatriate community of various faiths, but non-muslims are not allowed to have Saudi citizenship. Non-muslim places of worship are not permitted. Christians are allowed to enter the country as foreign workers for temporary work, but are not allowed to practice their faith openly. Saudi Arabia also forbids religious conversion from Islam and punishes it by death.
According to an ethno-religious composition summary by Columbia University4, Yemen is 100% muslim.
The 2001 World Factbook report available on the CIA website5, puts the figure slightly lower, at 99.1% muslim.
Following the 2011 division which split off South Sudan, over 97% of the remaining population of Sudan is muslim.6
According to the 2001 World Factbook report on the CIA website, Mauritania is 100% muslim.7 However, there are 4,500 Catholics8 in Mauritania which equates to 0.1% of the population, so to calculate a more precise figure, the population of Mauritania is 99.9% muslim.
By now you should be starting to notice a pattern.
For those who haven't noticed a pattern yet, here's a quick recap of the five countries which apply the death penalty nationwide for homosexuality:
Iran - 99.4% muslim
Saudi Arabia - 100% muslim
Yemen - 99.1% muslim
Sudan - 97% muslim
Mauritania - 99.9% muslim
Those who argue 'not true Islam', should look at how societies behave once they reach a near 100% muslim composition. That is when you see true Islam.
And yet, incredibly, 'LGBT for Islam' is actually a thing! People who care about gay rights need to open their eyes and speak honestly. Tolerance is important for a civilized society, and it is clear that some ideologies do not practice tolerance.
'LGBT for Islam' is like 'turkeys for Christmas'.
