An Egyptian Arab speaks out: "CNN has been the cause of most of the wars on Arab countries."
It isn't just Americans who are getting sick of CNN's lack of ethics. Here's a comment recently posted by an Egyptian citizen on the free speech network Gab.ai:
"I am an Arab and I just wanna say that CNN has been the cause of most of the wars on Arab countries, cheering for it and justifying it. They destroyed Libya, Syria and Iraq, previously prosperous nations, now piles of rubble! Thank you President Trump for taking the fight to them and kicking their ass."
To be more specific, Obama and Hillary played the bigger role, but CNN willingly and enthusiastically spread their propaganda. As Mahmoud points out, it was CNN who cheered them on, and made what Obama and Hillary did acceptable to the public.
CNN told the public that the toppling of the government in Libya, and the civil war in Syria, was the resistance pushing back against tyrannical governments and people trying to free themselves. They omitted to report that it was also predominantly religious extremists toppling and attempting to remove governments that wouldn't enforce the caliphate.
The comments by Mahmoud take on extra significance given the #CNNisISIS hashtag which has been trending in recent weeks on social media.
